I've been wanting to post a big THANK YOU for all of the wonderful gifts we've gotten from family and friends to welcome Baby Lucy into the world. I really appreciate all the super cute things, and I hope you didn't feel like we were expecting anything. We are very blessed to have lots of baby girl clothes and accessories left over from Avery, but it is nice to have new fun things and for Lucy to not have all hand-me-downs =) Avery has really loved her big sister gifts too. Again, unnecessary, she does understand that it's Lucy's "birthday" and that she doesn't always have to get something when Lucy does, but she loves presents all the same. My cousin Sara and her lovely kids Hannah, Rachel, Emily, and Ben definitely knew what a 2 year old girl would love- bubbles, stickers, and a fluffy pink tutu! Here is Avery dancing with joy in her new tutu. Ya'll are the best!
