Couple of Videos

Sorry it's been a while- we've been busy! Dave did the Country Music Marathon in Nashville the last weekend in April (he did awesome!)... we left Avery there to go to my parents' house, and Dave and I travelled to Chicago for a few baby-free days while Dave attended a Urology Conference. Avery, Mimi, and G-Da had the time of their lives, and Avery is still asking to go back to Mimi's house. I'm so proud of her for being such a good girl, and I'm proud of me for surviving our first overnight stay away from each other =) It was so good to get out of town and hang out on the Magnificent Mile with Dave. We did lots of shopping and dining out and saw two wonderful Broadway shows- Jersey Boys and Mary Poppins. Now a refreshed Mommy, I drove down to Hickman, had a wonderful time hanging with the family at Owen's 1st birthday party, then Avery and I (& Dora) made the trip back to Ann Arbor in one piece. Things are looking up on the home sale here... no news to report yet, but I'm crossing my fingers! Here are a few videos for your viewing pleasure- Avery and Kaitlyn running and being adorable at our park play date last week, with a glimpse of Grant, Hunter, Nadia, and Kate. Also a hilarious video of Avery singing Rocky Top with her new favorite pal, "Mokey." Of course she won't do it on camera as well as she does off camera. but you can use your imagination. =) She appears to be orange-blooded through and through. Enjoy!
